How often should I update my spectacles?

We recommend an eye test every 2 years for most adults and updating your spectacles whenever your prescription changes meaningfully. Wearing an outdated prescription causes unnecessary eyestrain and headaches. Even if your vision feels fine, a current examination confirms whether your lenses are still doing what they should.

Can I get anti-reflective coating on my lenses?

Yes - and we recommend it for most patients, particularly those who spend significant time in front of screens or driving at night. Anti-reflective coating reduces glare, improves clarity in low light and makes your lenses visually cleaner in photographs. It is a small addition that makes a meaningful difference to daily comfort.

How do I know which frames will suit my face?
